MBCAA Limited Edition T-Shirt – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Metastatic Breast Cancer Action Australia (MBCAA) by purchasing one of our limited-edition T-shirts. Every order helps us raise awareness, build community, and fund initiatives for people living with metastatic breast cancer.

These Terms & Conditions explain how our custom T-shirt sales work, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help – just email us at shop@mbcaction.org.au.

About Your Order

Each T-shirt is made to order – that means we don’t hold stock and we make your chosen size and style especially for you once the ordering period closes. Please double-check your size before ordering, as we’re unable to offer exchanges if the wrong size is selected.Note for MBC Action Board – T Shirt sales plan

Payment and Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you an order confirmation email. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (where applicable).

Production and Delivery

T-shirts will be sent to print once the order window closes. From that point, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.

We’ll keep you updated along the way, and let you know when your shirt is on its way. Orders are sent via Australia Post or similar services. Once your item is shipped, it becomes your responsibility – but we’ll always help if something goes wrong in transit. 

Returns and Faults

Because these are custom-made items, we’re unfortunately not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.

However, if your T-shirt arrives with a fault or defect, please contact us within 30 days at shop@mbcaction.org.au. Include your order number, a short description, and a photo of the issue.

We’ll assess the fault in line with Australian Consumer Law, and if it’s a minor fault, we’ll either repair

or replace the item. If it’s a major fault, you’ll have the option of a full refund or replacement. We’ll always do our best to sort things out quickly and fairly.

Your Consumer Rights

Our T-shirts come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major one.

Cancellations

Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or change your order. If you contact us before then, we’ll do our best to help (though we may need to deduct any costs already incurred).

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used only to process your order and keep you informed, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Intellectual Property

All MBCAA designs, logos and names remain our property.
